One of the most awarded Creative Directors in Asia. In 1991, Scottish-born Graham moved to Singapore, joining O&M Direct as a copywriter.
The journey that started 16 years ago has to date produced some of the most iconic communication pieces Asia has ever seen. From O&M to Saatchi & Saatchi, BBH to TBWA\ Graham has brought agencies and their clients to the helm of its game, till recent Graham was ECD TBWA/Tequila, Singapore and “Creative Integrator” for Asia. Graham’s first major achievement at the agency was winning the global Singapore Airlines account. |
Name an award show, you’ll find Graham's name in almost all of it, Media “Spikes” and One Show, Clio, D&AD and Cannes. Under his guidance his agency also won its first Gold Effie plus at Caples, Echos and the Asian Direct Marketing awards where he has won Best of Show twice.
Graham loves to spend most of his time in his home in Bali."

A student of advertising from the very beginning, Tom spent most of his high school holidays annoying the creatives at Saatchi Sydney. A week after school got out, he landed a gig at McCann Sydney. A couple of years later (at the ripe old age of 20) he was transferred to McCann India to handle Levi's for South Asia. And then onto sunny Sri Lanka for a year. He made a trip over to Dubai with LOWE for 3 years, and then onto Singapore for a couple of years, he then joined FCB New York as Senior Writer/Vice President, before returning to Asia as regional CD on Sony for Y&R. He is now CD of 360 agency, irisnation.. |

Masako Okamura

Masako is now Creative Director at Dentsu and the pioneer among women to hold such a position in Japan’s largest advertising company.
Masako has won major international creative awards, including Cannes, Clio, Mediaspikes, London International Awards, NY Festivals and AdFest. Particularly successful were her public service ads for the Ad Council (in Japan and the U.S.) |
Other works included campaigns for Liberal Democratic Party (for Junichiro Koizumi), Toyota, Shiseido, Suntory, Thai Airways International and Shizuoka broadcasting. She has also judged for the Times Asia-Pacific Awards, Clio, YoungGuns, AdFest, 4A Awards, Cannes、Mediaspikes and One Show.
She is also a trendsetter who spread the word ‘Kawaii’ since she presented creative works and culture of Tokyo at Cannes 2005, and has spoken at other countries, such as Australia, Korea, U.S., HK, Colombia, Indonesia and China. She has also written a book, ‘How to Be a Copywriter’. In 2009 she’s due to publish her second book – “How to Make Someone Love You”
Once a week, Masako also works as a part-time professor of Advertising.
